How long does the process typically take?
Timelines vary considerably depending on the complexity of the matter and whether both parties are cooperating. Mediation can sometimes be completed in a few sessions; separation proceedings that involve courts naturally take longer. We will give you a realistic picture early on.
What are your fees and how are they structured?
We discuss fees openly at the first meeting so there are no surprises. Our services begin from RM 170 for separation support, RM 335 for family mediation, and RM 615 for children's arrangements. The final figure depends on the scope of work involved.
Will everything I share be kept private?
Yes. Our professional duty of confidentiality applies from the very first contact. Nothing you share will be disclosed without your consent. We treat sensitive information with the care it requires.
Does every family matter need to go to court?
Not at all. Many matters are resolved through mediation or direct negotiation between parties. Court proceedings are pursued only when other avenues have not produced a workable outcome. We always explore calmer options first.
